1-on-1 Personal Training

  • Involves a single client working closely with a personal trainer
  • Provides highly individualized workouts tailored to the client's specific goals, fitness level, and needs.
  • Offers undivided attention from the trainer, allowing for immediate feedback and adjustments.

Semi-Private Training

  • Involves a small group of clients, typically 2-4, working with a single trainer.
  • Offers a balance between personalized attention and interaction with other clients.
  • Allows for shared motivation and camaraderie among participants.
  • Can be cost-effective compared to 1-on-1 training, as the cost is shared among participants.
  • Workouts may be somewhat tailored to each individual but are less personalized than 1-on-1 sessions.

Group Training

  • Each group is capped at 7 participants to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Offers the support and encouragement of a class environment without getting lost in a crowd.
  • You will get coaching and feedback every session to ensure that your are performing movements correctly.
  • You get to use state of the art equipment in a clean and well maintained facility.
  • Membership rates are unbeatable by anything else in the area.
  • All workouts are programmed by a coach with over a decade of experience.

Raul Vera, a passionate gym owner and certified fitness coach, discovered the power of holistic healing through exercise during a challenging period in his life. Struggling with stress and anxiety, he turned to working out as a way to regain balance and find inner peace. The transformation was profound, revealing the mental and emotional benefits of fitness alongside the physical. Driven by this experience, Raul opened his own gym, where he fosters a supportive community that prioritizes holistic wellness. His approach blends strength training, mindfulness, and nutrition, aiming to inspire others to heal and thrive through the power of movement.

General Manager

DJ developed a passion for health and wellness during his extensive youth athletics career. He participated in various sports, with football and baseball as his main focus. After his athletic career, he turned to the gym to continue his pursuit of health and wellness while attending Saint Mary’s College of California. His dedication to training led him to start working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in 2014 while completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. Throughout the years, DJ has worked with clients ranging from 8 to 80 years old, accumulating thousands of hours of experience. His philosophy is centered around helping people achieve physical freedom by focusing on fundamental strength and conditioning, and mobility. He believes that taking care of your body and staying physically active is essential for a long and fulfilling life.
